Fulcrum Creatives, Columbus’ first Certified B Corporation branding, design and creative services agency, has selected Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio as the first nonprofit organization to participate in its FORCE initiative. Fulcrum Creatives has selected a team of young, talented professionals to implement Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio’s new national branding at the local level.

“Last year, Easterseals provided life-changing services to over 5,000 individuals and their families,” said Pandora Shaw-Dupras, CEO of Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio. “We are excited to partner with Fulcrum and FORCE to share that story with Central and Southeastern Ohio.”

Last year, Easterseals provided life-changing services to over 5,000 individuals and their families.

By participating in Fulcrum’s FORCE initiative, Easterseals will creatively reintroduce the positive impact of the many critical services that the organization provides individuals with disabilities. The initiative will also help to foster the FORCE team’s creative talent and provide opportunities to build relationships with community leaders in a collaborative setting.

“FORCE will help meet the creative needs of Easterseals, while providing mentorship opportunities for next-generation creative talent,” said Jason Moore, founder and principal of Fulcrum Creatives. “Since 2002, Fulcrum has focused on delivering creative leverage for the greater good. FORCE is just one expression of our culture here at Fulcrum.”

Fulcrum Creatives will mentor the project team and oversee the project management to ensure that final deliverables meet industry standards. The project team includes Cameron Granger, a 2016 Cinematic Arts graduate from Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD); Jeannie Leary, a current Advertising & Graphic Design student at CCAD; and Zach Wilke, a 2016 graduate from CCAD’s Advertising & Graphic Design department. Lydia Stutzman, Art Director at Fulcrum Creatives will lead the FORCE team.

“We want to help organizations disrupt the marketplace by applying great creative to address a specific issue, or increase the volume on a particular message that needs to be heard in order to spark meaningful change,” continued Moore. “In the case of Easterseals, the FORCE team will roll out the national organization’s new branding in ways that speak to localized services and resonate with the target audiences throughout Central and Southeast Ohio.

We want to help organizations disrupt the marketplace.

The application process for FORCE began in late 2015, and Fulcrum Creatives selected Easterseals from a number of applicants in January 2016. The FORCE team will launch Easterseals’ rebranding to the Ohio market in late summer. New York-based agency, Siegelvision, led Easterseals’ national rebrand effort.
