Wholesale customers often have their negotiated shipping accounts with UPS, FedEx and DHL and may require you to ship using their account.
You asked us to make this easier and new features now available in Fulfil does exactly that.
Storing shipping account details on contact
Shipping accounts of customers can now be stored under the shipping preferences section on the contact page.

Charging third party accounts on a shipment
It is also possible to charge third party accounts. This is widely used for drop-shipments where you would charge the shipping account of the customer who placed the order with you to ship to an end customer.
