In October, the season of change and letting go, I questioned growth and my relationships.

Awareness matters. Uncovering the masks and illusions is the story of my life.

The realization hit hard — in my inner circle, the people I trusted never truly had my best interests at heart. Even though they were well-intentioned, their lack of awareness led to unintentional harm.

My spiritual advisor exploited Love and Light for their own benefit.

The therapist I left disregarded my emotions and neglected her duty to create a safe space for my healing.

My heart aches from growth and farewells.
