App for asking the world if you should cut your beard

At some point I had serious qualms on whether I look better with a beard or not. Somewhere after having had a 6-month beard and then learning that maybe that’s be at my best. By now I have succumbed to the professional world, thus I try to keep the beard on the low.

That being said, it would be awesome if you could post a photo seen to the whole world for 24 hours and ask them whether you should keep you beard, your hair..or whatever. There should be rules, of course, to keep the questions regarding some rather impolite questions out. But in general it would be a great way for people to vote in case you are unable to make the choice.

In some sense it’d be like Instagram before putting the photo up to social media as you’ll be seeing how well it performs on a global scale before pulling the scale down to local. You’ll get your likes to your picture or votes to your question whether to keep whatever you’re contemplating of keeping…

So people wouldn’t have to imagine what you look like (with and without) you can right now share pictures of several versions of you putting them up for a vote. Down the road, though, you can change you hair and beard like filters. As with MSQRD (masquerade), FaceSwap and other features with what you are capable of switching your features…it’s not a far-fetched idea to try different hair as if you were a Sims avatar while it’d look natural not some CGI’d uncanny valley hair/beard. And then asking other people for opinion, that’d still be cool, unless you’re rather shy — when it comes to our online profiles less and less people are so I don’t see that as a problem.
