Over 75 Arizona Latino community leaders endorse Mark Kelly for Senate
A note from Mark:
Throughout this campaign, I’ve spoken with Latino families across Arizona about the issues they’re facing every day. They worry about the cost of health care, the success of our small businesses, and protecting Medicare and Social Security for our seniors. And even though all Arizonans are concerned with these issues, the obstacles Latino Arizonans face in solving them are unique.
The role Latino Arizonans play in our economy is critical to our success. There are over half a million small businesses here in Arizona, and more than 100,000 of them are Latino-owned. And there are tens of thousands of DACA recipients in Arizona who play an active role in our communities and contribute to our growing workforce. These Arizonans have never known any other home, and we must create a pathway to citizenship for them.
What’s good for Latino families in Arizona is good for all of Arizona. That’s why it means so much to have the support of so many Latino leaders throughout Arizona, who recognize the need to elect people who will listen and make decisions based on what’s right for all Arizonans. — Mark Kelly
