Telling a Story of Shark Bait with Machines

After a long time, I feel like I’m finally telling a story with 3D prints and physical computing.

Project Shark Bait!

Last week, I 3D printed an Octopus very originally named Octi. This week, I teamed up with Linnette Martinez and we turned my awkwardly wiggling Octi into much, much more.

Entering my final semester at NYU’s Integrated Design & Media program, I’m exploring a topic that I never imagined myself learning about; amusement park rides. I’m particularly interested in the storytelling elements that fuel their design.
