9 Things They Deeply Regret (and Wish They Had Never Done)…
Can you relate to any of these?
I saw this question on a Reddit thread, and I couldn’t wait to dive into the answers. The original poster asked:
“What’s something you did that reduced your quality of life so much that you wish you had never done it?”
Here are 9 of the top answers from the thread. (The full thread is linked at the bottom of this article.)
1. Working a job they hate
One commenter said they worked 12-hour days for a job that wasn’t worth it. Another said they left a company they liked for a job with more pay and completely regretted it.
That’s something that happened to me, too.
I worked for a company called GSI Commerce (it was founded by Fanatics' owner, Michael Rubin), and I really enjoyed the work. I was in email marketing and worked with sports brands like Dick’s Sporting Goods and City Sports.
But…
Several people I knew from GSI moved to a banking company about 20 miles up the road, and I was also lured to the same company because the pay was much higher.
I regretted it so much.
