It’s Memecoin Airdrops Galore on Function X — beginning with $OPPABOBA!
We are excited to share with our community that $FX holders will be rewarded with airdrops in the next few months.
MarginX, the leading DEX on Function X, has already distributed the first memecoin airdrop to our community — $OPPABOBA — on 3 May, 2024.
MarginX first announced the airdrop on 24 Apr, 2024.
The snapshot was taken at block 15199040 (26 Apr, 2024, 12AM GMT+8) of wallets holding and/or staking $FX.
If you have downloaded FX Wallet on your mobile device, you should have received the announcement in your FX Wallet app (as seen below).
How to add token contract to FX Wallet
You might not be able to see the airdropped $OPPABOBA tokens in your FX Wallet. Follow the instructions below to add the token to your FX Wallet.
Step 1 is to find the token contract address.
The contract address for $OPPABOBA is 0x5777b1a0e57c239b2affbc4448dc92378204224d.
If you do not know where to locate the contract address of a token, you can go to MarginX’s website, go to Tokens page, and click on the token you want.
In this case, it’s $OPPABOBA.
You can find the contract address in the two red boxes (as seen below).
Step 2 is to copy the address, open FX Wallet app on your mobile device, click Add Token, and paste the address.
The $OPPABOBA token will pop up and you can proceed to add the token.
If you have been airdropped some $OPPABOBA tokens, you will see the amount of tokens you own in the Assets column on the main page of your FX Wallet app (as seen below).

How to qualify for future airdrops?
Each airdrop requires different criterias. Previously, the criteria was to hold at least 650 $FX tokens. The upcoming criterias for airdrops will be different. To keep up to date, follow MarginX and Function X on X.
