PEMF — close your eyes and say it aloud. PEMF. PEMF. PEMMMMFFFFF.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field is the technology at the heart of HAELO, a PEMF-based wellness and recovery device for high-end athletes. Powered by sound frequencies and focused on cellular health at first blush HAELO sounds like it’s from a futuristic era, looks like it’s from an era of yesteryear, and delivers results that once could be described as metaphysical.
Truth is — HAELO isn’t too good to be true — HAELO is real and it’s currently in a state of groundswell preparing to unleash the positive properties of PEMF on the sports world.
HAELO Founder Jeff Monroe is an interesting individual, to say the least. If he were a baseball prospect, Monroe would be a five-tool player. His vast business experience coupled with his all-world attitude is something rather aspiration. Summing up Monroe in one word: challenger.
He pushes himself, his company, and his clients to level-up on a daily basis. His engine idles somewhere between third and fourth gear. Simply put — there’s nothing average about Monroe. A serial gamechanger he’s built data centers around the world to help, in part, powering modern society with the wavelengths of connectivity. His passion is in health, training, and optimization. After a family member became ill Monroe became interested in the binary outcomes. Combined with his love of yoga, running, and body confusion(in order to keep himself on his toes) he turned his focus to what’s in front of us today.

HAELO uses magnetic waves through the body but doesn’t trigger the body’s natural fight or flight response. Entering the body, Monroe describes HAELO’s electromagnetic waves as a “battery charger for your cells.”
Monroe goes on to say it’s for the “active person to up-level and recover stronger.” If FUTRSPRT has noticed one trend, it’s that what’s meant for the uber-athlete today is meant for the common athlete tomorrow. While HAELO is super-focused on world-class athletes the mind can only imagine what this technology can deliver in the future.
In your personal life, what technology have you captivated at the moment?
Not shy, Monroe quickly quips, “I’m a geek.”
Setting the tone, his response is as deep as it comes but should be of no surprise.
“Quantum computing. The idea that change can be imposed on something that’s not connected is remarkable.”
What’s the next tech to come out of HAELO?
“There are so many new areas to uncover, but we’re working on full expansion of frequency sets.”
HAELO currently has 10 frequency sets — the more sets, the more people they can help heal/optimize.
Rapid Fire — What did you want to be when you grew up?
“An archaeologist. I like the idea of unearthing things.”
Ever the explorer, Monroe has always wanted to peel back the onion to see things on a different level.
