Don’t Ask Me About the Worst Thing I’ve Seen
It’s time to stop asking First Responders about their worst days
I spent a decade either answering 911 calls, or responding to them. I can’t say that I’ve seen everything, but I’ve seen a lot. And given that I’m hoping to return to emergency response one day, I’m sure I’ll see more.
