Last month, we at the NYU Data Future Lab welcomed the newest cohort of Next Round, our two-year incubator program helping seed-stage startups move towards a Series A raise. Through the program, companies have access to START-UP NY tax-free status (incredibly useful for startups scaling their teams), pro-bono billable office hours with ace law firm Orrick, credits from our stellar partners (Amazon Web Services and the like), for-credit and other internships bringing in a talented pipeline of NYU students, personalized mentorship from our team, and more. It’s a selective program, graduating game-changing startups including CB Insights, Vettery, Paperspace, and others.

We were humbled by the strong interest in this year’s Next Round program. First, we have to say a big thank-you to all dedicated founders who applied. Whittling down the many extraordinary applications to just a handful of companies was an immensely difficult task.
