Meet 4.0's 2022 Essentials and Tiny Fellows!
4.0 has selected 207 fellows and 158 teams to join our Tiny and Essentials Fellowships
In the summer of 2019, 4.0 shared our vision for Fund III with you, which included selecting 600 education innovators to complete our fellowships to reimagine education in their communities. This summer marks the start of the fourth and final year of that Fund, and as a team, we have decided to center ourselves in our value of “joy” to drive our work and storytelling. And to us, there is no better way to encapsulate joy than to share the faces and ideas of a new cohort of 4.0 fellows.
Today, we’re excited to share that 4.0 has accepted 207 fellows into this community who will be completing the Tiny and Essentials Fellowships! Of those fellows, 82% of fellows identifying as people of color and 76% of fellows identifying as women/non-binary. These new fellows will come together virtually in September for camp and then begin running pilots and pop-ups with their communities.
