The group called “The Resistance” claims responsibility for attacks on HU ocean-based space elevator platforms. One platform was sunk, bringing down the elevator ribbon cable. There were casualties and missing persons. The Resistance claims the HU is attempting a world takeover and that the comet threat is fake.

Zorba Omega reveals he infiltrated the Resistance group using Billy Street as an operative. They tracked the group’s financial transactions using HU coin blockchain. Muffled Edge (ME) and TYCHE (an AI) have penetrated most of the Resistance’s network. They’ve mapped out the organization’s structure but haven’t yet breached air-gapped systems.

Billy Street’s report from Habitat-34 near Mars: describes the habitat’s architecture and transportation methods, observes a debate about business regulation in the “Alhambra” city square. He also reports on the thriving small business ecosystem in the habitat: variety of food options, clothing design and printing shops, software design businesses, financial unions providing micro-loans and investments, and mentions a growing religious group following Greek Orphic traditions.
