Chaos is Not a Secret Plan
Trump regime has no clue, the US is still on autopilot until tragedy strikes
The problem with Chaos as a political tactic is that, over time, people realize that the source of Chaos has no clue, hence their reliance on Chaos. Simply put, confusion is not a route to confidence.
People expect and demand confidence in leadership roles. The reality behind this is a desperate belief that someone is in charge. But Chaos is the product of ignorance and irrationality masquerading as knowledge.
Chaos is the poor cousin of the Big Lie. The Big Lie is endlessly repeated loudly, producing the illusion of truth in those without separate sources of valid information.
Suppose a large enough segment of the population is adequately ignorant. In that case, the Big Lie works long enough to create a significant disaster, such as genocide, war, or the destruction of a community targeted politically.
These actions and their justifications are inevitably indistinguishable from greed or vengeance, neither having any rational basis. Greed may succeed, but the consequences are destructive in the long term, with mass oppression that bankrupts the actors.
