Macaroni is one of common snacks in Indonesia. Everybody loves it and sometimes eats it as a side dish. This kind of snack is absolutely popular in our community, especially for 90’s generations. It reminds us when we were in the school canteen at break time, doesn’t it?

The fried macaroni is basically mixed by sweet seasonings. The addition of chili powder may boost the hot sensations for spicy food lovers. Nowadays, there are so many vendors which sell this kind of Italian chips. But, this one is different! It’s called “Makaroni Ngehe”. What does it mean?
