The " Sweet Dreams " experience includes accommodation, during the night of February 14, in one of the hotel's Junior Suites, from which you can enjoy stunning views of the Gran Vía, in a room decorated with elements of popular culture and the iconography of the painter Juan Gris that create a warm, surprising and avant-garde environment, perfect for a romantic night.

A sweet surprise awaits guests after enjoying a film session for two, a short distance from the hotel. In the morning, breakfast will be served in the Patio de Hielo y Carbón , emblematic restaurant of Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid.

An appointment with the " Lovers' Menu " of Ice and Coal

If you want to celebrate a gastronomic Valentine, the appointment is in Ice and Coal, which offers " Lovers' Menu ", a special tasting menu that plays with textures and aromas inspired by the culinary proposal of the restaurant, an original fusion of Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Peruvian flavors.

The tasting includes cocktails signed by the mixologists of the hotel, which open the palate the starters: Tostadas de Quinoa and micro-garden, Coal of Yuca 2 Sauces, Causa acevichada marina and Bao Black Label of squid with pear aioli. The menu, accompanied by Mistinguett cava, continues with a Risotto of yellow pepper and salted pork loin and Octopus antipasti, coriander chimichurri and botija olive mayonnaise; to finish with the desserts, fresh seasonal fruits with citrus sorbet cilantro and Madrileño Cheesecake.
