Lots of crypto projects have gone a bit quiet over the last few weeks. Product development seems to be slowing, but not at Lithium. This week we’ve delivered another batch of new features!

I know we keep hammering it home, but at Lithium, we believe in shipping stuff quickly and regularly. One of our great advantages is that we have a numerous real, paying clients along with thousands of users. Both clients and users are vocal about the problems they want to solve. This gives us the opportunity to test solutions, iterate, and see straight away if we’re able to deliver value.

Last week, product developments mainly focused on the ‘client’ experience (read: project founders). This week, product developments focused on the ‘user’ experience (read: people who complete missions and invest on Lithium’s platform).

Discord Integration

It is a widely held belief that about 90% of building a successful SaaS products is merely about integrations. Lithium is no different. A Discord integration has been a much-requested feature from our users, and we’re glad to say it's finally ready!

Users can now connect their Discord, join channels and have missions automagically marked in just a few clicks! Fewer clicks are always a good thing.

Timed and Instant Missions

One really frustrating thing for users was that if a mission wasn’t instant, they would have to wait forever before seeing if you’ve won a reward. We’ve now introduced the concept of ‘mark time’: as soon as you complete a marked mission, you’ll see a countdown showing when you’ll be able to see your rewards. Just check back at that time and you’re good to go!

A nice clean way to see when your rewards will show

Task Submissions without Screenshots

We know you hate uploading screenshots to complete missions. Often, this solution is time-consuming and a bit clunky. However, sometimes we can’t get around the good old screenshot-as-verification yet—but we’re gradually moving away from it wherever we can. Ultimately, we plan on being able to confirm all tasks without screenshots at all.

As a first iteration (when tasks aren’t marked automatically), we’ve introduced a submission button that lets you confirm you’ve completed said mission without uploading anything. Our wizards will then look on the backend to check whether you’ve actually completed the mission.

Tasks where you verify them without a screenshot — magic!

What’s Coming 👀

We’ve got a lot of cool stuff coming next week, here’s a peek:

  • Competitions and Giveaways
  • Sequential missions
  • On-chain tasks

Keep an eye out for them all!
