We see, lots of innovations happened 100 years ago and then over time that pace of evolution slows down. If we go 50–60 years back in time, we observe that the way we manage today has hardly changed.

Management is pretty much a feudalistic system, unlike the web. The web is more like an operating system for innovation. The values that characterize the web today need to be baked into the organizations.

Values of openness, Meritocracy, flexibility & collaboration need to become the values of our organizations. You cannot build a company that’s fit for the future without building one that is fit for human beings.
