Copyright refers to a specific right that prevents others from copying or distributing your work, or creating new contents based on your work. In the event of a copyright infringement, the content may be taken down by submitting a Copyright Infringement Report to SNAC.

* Copyright Policy is applicable to the cases, (including but not limited to):

- Music copyrights such as songs, music videos or sounds

- Art copyrights such as books, webtoons, comics or paintings

- Program copyrights such as games and software

- Play copyrights such as theater, musical, and performance

- Visual copyrights such as advertising, painting, and poster

7–2 Copyright Dispute

Policy

SNAC does not arbitrate copyright-related disputes. On the other hand, when a copyright infringement report is filed, the contents will be deleted in accordance with the policy. If a valid counter-argument is received, both the parties will be notified. Afterward, it is the responsibility of the concerned parties to resolve the issue directly or by taking help from the legal advisor.
