SNAC has rolled out one of the coolest features known as Mining Feed that lets people add locations to their posts and mine PIA/SNAC tokens for the next 90 days.

What is an LBS (Location Based Service)?

Location-Based Services (LBS) use real-time geo-data from a smartphone to provide location information and allow users to “check-in” at restaurants, coffee shops, stores, concerts, and other places or events.

What is the Mining Snapshot Event on SNAC?

Mining Snapshot is a special feature of SNAC where a user uploads a photo after checking in at various places and when another user visits the same place and leaves a comment, both the post creator and commenter get the reward in the form of mining coupon.

Rewards:

Reward for creating mining post > Random PIA/SNAC coupon
Reward for leaving mining comment > Random SNAC coupon

How to upload a mining post?

Here are 4 steps how you can upload a mining post:

Step 1:
Check the “Select Location” option when creating a post
※ If location is not selected, post will be uploaded as normal

Step 2:
Search for the location you are at and select it.
※ You can check-in at restaurants, touristic spots, and famous places like museums, parks etc. (Locations with no public access are not eligible)

Step 3:
Write the post content in a way so that the location can be verified
※ In the post description area, write a brief introduction of the location along with the image or video of the location you are at.

Step 4:
Once the post is approved, you can start mining and earn SNAC/PIA coupons.
※ One time reward is also given to anyone leaving a comment at the post after checking in at the same place

Note:

※ Location Based Services (LBS) use real-time geo-data from a smartphone to provide location information and allow users to “check in” at restaurants, coffee shops, stores, concerts, and other places or events.

※ You can check-in at restaurants, touristic spots, and famous places like museums, parks etc. (Locations with no public access are not eligible)

※ Mining Post will not be approved in case the post description area does not include a brief introduction of the location along with the image or video.

* such posts will be registered as normal posts

※ Mining post can get mining rewards for upto 90 days.

※ Only the approved posts will be eligible to get the mining rewards.

※ At the time of leaving a comment, both the creator and the commenter will receive a random mining coupon.

※ SNAC tokens for leaving a mining comment are given one time per person at max

※ The rewards for this event in PIA/SNAC are paid immediately.

※ Mining Snapshot event is available only through the SNAC app.

※ Any attempt to earn tokens through the illegal activity will result in the cancellation of the reward.
