Sigmachain is proud to announce that on the 12th of November, an Investment Contract with the USAKO Group was signed. The purpose of the contact is to raise around USD 10 million in investment funds to cooperate on blockchain business and enter the US market.

About USAKO Group

With offices in Los Angeles, Houston, and St. Louis, the USAKO Group is an investment, technology, entrepreneurship, and legal expert corporation in the USA, led by a group of leading venture capital executives. USAKO works with various VC companies, chambers of commerce, private enterprises, and governmental economic development agencies in the United States and South Korea.

The main purpose of USAKO is to help Korean startups make their entry into the U.S market and vice versa. In that endeavor, the USAKO Group, a global partner of the Seoul Startup Hub, focuses on helping and growing global and promising startups in Korea and the United States.

About the Investment Agreement

While signing the investment, Mr. Ko Han-Young, the CEO of USAKO Group, said, “We believe in the Sigmachain mainnet technology as it has solved the problems of security, speed, and scalability of the existing blockchains using its DDPoS (Dual Delegated Proof of Stake) algorithm, a new consensus algorithm that has officially obtained 300,000 TPS and got the certificate from KOLAS.” He further added, “We have decided to help them raise USD $10 million and we are going to support Sigmachain’s entry in the US market. We will establish a practical cooperation system as soon as possible.”

In a similarly bright tone, Mr. Kwak Jin-young, CEO of Sigma Chain, said, “We are happy to sign this agreement with the USAKO Group as they have a history of working together with global VCs in both countries. Sigmachain is going to the US and we will soon launch a branch office there. We will be going to the USAKO’s US headquarters in November to further fasten up the process of this funding agreement.”

Mr. Kwak also said, “This agreement will open the gates of the US Market for Sigmachain faster than expected. Since Sigmachain has already partnered with other global companies and will be launching their social media DApp in Mexico, Vietnam, Mongolia, and other countries, Sigmachain will soon become a company like Oracle in the blockchain world.”
