Happy new year and wish FuzeX community all the best in the new year! Here’s the first bi-weekly update of 2019. This bi-weekly update includes what we’ve been up to, and upcoming event.

Consumer Technology Association(“CES”)

FuzeX team had attended the Consumer Technology Association(“CES”) held in Las Vegas on Jan. 07–10. CES is the world’s gathering place for all those who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for 50 years — the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace.

During the visit, FuzeX team was able to verify the next generation of technologies that could be used for cryptocurrency payment and had a meeting with related companies. Furthermore, FuzeX team visited the head office of the US issuer and we’re in the final stage of concluding the contract.

Through this meeting, we were able to get a confirmation from the US issuer that the FuzeX card will be able to use the existing BIN of US issuer which is affiliated with the partner bank.

In other words, there is no separate BIN sponsorship required and therefore after finishing the final agreement with the US issuer, we could bring FuzeX card launch date forward. FuzeX team is pleased to share this news with the community.

Finalized chip provider contract & card delivery process

FuzeX team has concluded a final contract with the EMV chip provider for the FuzeX card in early January. We have also established a delivery process in order to provide the cards to the ICO investors and for those who are waiting for the FuzeX cards. In addition, we will share the detail policies such as membership and payment limit in the near future.

Roadmap

As it was mentioned in the recent AMA, we are happy to share roadmap update including the action plan after the BIN issuance. Moreover, FuzeX team will constantly search & develop services utilizing cryptocurrency as a payment.

Upcoming event

MWC 2019

FuzeX team will sponsor Mobile World Congress(“MWC”) held in Barcelona, Spain from February 25–28.

MWC Barcelona (formerly Mobile World Congress) is the largest mobile event in the world, bringing together the latest innovations and leading-edge technology from more than 2,400 leading companies, with a highly-rated conference programme assembling today’s visionaries to explore the hottest topics influencing the industry.

Through this conference, we will use the opportunity to increase exposure and publication surrounding FuzeX. We will also have a meeting with companies related to mobile payment solution to provide crypto payment service in mobile.
