The beginning of our Pre-Sale is not too far away, so a short post explaining a few key points about our Token Sale event seems like a very relevant thing to do.

Additionally before reading about our FXT Tokens, please read why we lowered our hard cap here.

The Basics:

Our Token Sale Event is split into two separate sections: Pre-Sale and Token Sale. Both have different minimum purchase numbers and bonuses terms. You can participate and contribute to both by using Ethereum or Bitcoin.

The Pre-Sale begins on the 15th January 2018 00:00 GMT and ends on the the 15th February 2018 at Midnight. The minimum purchase amount is set at 5 ETH with a 25% Bonus (this is down from the previous 10 ETH minimum purchase due to the increase of Ethereum’s price in recent weeks). During the Pre-Sale our aim is to raise 20,000 ETH.

The next stage of our Token Sale Event is the Token Sale, or the General Sale. The date of this is still TBD, but it will most likely begin early in 2018 after the Pre-Sale finishes. We will announce exactly when this will begin via our social media channels or mailing list on our website.

The minimum purchase for the Token Sale, or General Sale, is 0.1 ETH with up to 10% Bonus available. Please read this for more information on our hard cap etc.

The minimum cap for our project is set at 10,000 ETH. If this is not reached, all contributed funds will be refunded back to contributors.

How many FXT Tokens are there?

There are a total of 1,060,000,000 FXT Tokens. 636,000,000 of these FXT Tokens are allocated for the Private Sale, Pre-Sale, Token Sale & Bonuses. The exact distribution of our tokens are explained above in the chart. Please note that FXT tokens allocated for the Bounty Program, Donations, Partnerships and Technology Acquisitions will not be used all at once, but will instead be spread over different projects and programs in the FuzeX Project.

Contributing in Bitcoin?

1 ETH is equivalent to 12,000 of our FXT Tokens. We accept both Ethereum and Bitcoin. Contributions made through Bitcoin are based on real-time exchange rates at the time of contribution. The formula for BTC to FXT is as below:

How can I participate?

Please first check the regulations surrounding contributions in your jurisdiction. If it is allowed, you can contribute through our website (www.fuzex.co) from the 15th January 2018 onwards. White Listing will be available, we will make an announcement regarding this a few days before 15th January 2018.

What do I get if I contribute?

The minimum contribution in the Pre Sale is 5 ETH. For every 5 ETH that you contribute in the Pre Sale, we give you a free FuzeX card as well as your FXT Tokens, too.
