India is fast growing country and people are looking forward to their growth in terms of monetary value and stability to pace with other people in country and world too. To survive in this fast growing economy where technology and challenges go hand in hand, one needs to run along with.

Now a days technology has shorten the distance between and connected each so closely and faster… people looking beyond their city - state - country — No boundaries, nothing matters. But the country like India still people faces many constraints to go beyond and touch the sky. Though men women are equally working, most of women can’t work or go out no matter how much they are educated and able to work and not only them, men also do face this problems.

The buzzing business phrase ‘ Remote Working- a future looking technology ’ is the most popular concept in the world and which is the most suitable solution for Indians to out reach their knowledge worldwide. Regardless of gender you can be a part of any company and working from the place you are and at your convenience but the main requirement is to give results at the end.

Not only employees but companies can also get good talented heads around the world. Employees ’re much more productive and happier where managers don’t have to spend so much time recruiting and training people. Firms can make far more profit and there’s a huge saving of reducing congestion, driving times, and ultimately, pollution.

Obviously that company atmosphere, chit-chat, a cool office space environment not gonna be there but there’s always two sides of any thing, a bad and good. Stanford Graduate School of Business professor Nicholas Bloom says requiring employees to be in the office is an outdated work tradition, set up during the Industrial Revolution.

In India specifically for working women who is equally involved in economy and business, remote working is boon to take advantage of both the worlds- industry and family.

Bottoms up woman, this is for you!!! Give it a shot. And ya for Men too…

There’s not much to lose, and there’s a lot to gain.
