We all got our first taste of augmented reality when Pokemon Go came out about two years ago, and people were walking around to catch valuable Pokemon. But not long after that, a bunch of copycat apps came out that allowed you to cheat and pretend like you were at a certain location that you weren’t to get Pokemon.

That’s an early example of why your location and confirming exactly where you are is critical for a lot of applications and vendors out there. Pokemon Go is just the first example of that, but imagine VR headsets that depend on location and they’re real businesses, or even life-or-death situations with emergency services responders that need to confirm exactly where an individual is to rescue that person.

This is why buying data from Fysical could be really important to them. The ability to confirm accurately that you know exactly where people are is critical to relying on applications for uses from gaming to saving lives.
