How does it work?

Can we imagine that we are sitting across from an empty chair? Moreover, can you visualize someone who we have a problem with, someone we ave lost, someone who we want to forgive us, or someone who we have a conflict with sitting in this chair?

Do not think about what will happen, just play both parties of the conversation — ourselves and the person we would like to talk to. We run the dialogue and it is safe — ask the questions and answer them. This helps us to process our natural responses and express our real emotions.
