Our brain is the most rebellious part of the body. Similar to our body it needs exercises to get stronger and fitter.
On the one hand, the reality is that our brains are lazy. It needs constant stimulation to form neuroconnections and make it not like to obey and resist any new thing that is incomprehensible to it. On the other hand, it is precisely this ability that makes them unique and capable of breaking all clichés and discovering the new, with which to realize our power, that we can do everything because we are created gods.
How does it work?
Neurons’ function is to make proper connections so that a particular function, such as vision or hearing, can emerge.
They become interconnected through (1) the growth of dendrites — extensions of the cell body that receive signals from other neurons and (2) axons — extensions from the neuron that can carry signals to other neurons. Axons enable connections between neurons at considerable distances, sometimes at the opposite side of the brain, to develop.
