Dear Readers,

Do we think deeply about how much of our day is spent busy and occupied with thoughts that will not matter 10 years from now?

I started writing a list of my thoughts and realized that the constant hurry and pressure that I am usually under comes from my thoughts.

For example, the schedules in our heads, the deadlines, the appointments, the conversations, and the plans are all coming from our heads. We create them.

So, I decided to slow it down.

What did I Start doing?

When I wake up, I stretch my body and look through my window saying: Thank you!

Then I stand up and look in the mirror. Despite my messy look, I smile and say: You are beautiful!

After my coffee, I go outside in my yard, look at the sky and say:

I am ready to accept all the love and abundance God and the Universe can give me. My heart is in harmony. Thank you, God. Thank you, Universe.

4. I also try to do at least 5 minutes of basic yoga and breathing exercises.

5. Despite my busy schedule I constantly try to find time to write or draw and go into the flow.

6. I stopped being in a hurry.
