Fascinating Night Market

As soon as we walk into a night market, the press of the crowds push us forward, and the hoarse shouts of the peddling vendors loudly echoes in the air. We can also see people lining up in queues and our ears are met with the voices of haggling customers. A night market has a variety of splendid meals, snacks, and shops lining the narrow streets. When the strong aroma of food greets our nostrils, we can’t help but buy plenty of food to fill our stomachs. The steam curling up from the small booths of the vendors of fried chicken cutlets smog the air. We can see people licking their fingers while biting into the tender and juicy chicken and hear the crispy and crunching sounds. In addition, mango shaved ice is always the best option when people want to fulfill their craving for sweet dessert. The creamy and smooth texture of the ice not only melts in our mouth but also melts away fatigue and leaves a sweet and pleasant aftertaste on the tip of our tongues. All in all, a night market is the perfect place to experience Taiwanese hospitality and a variety of flavorful food.
