According to Wikipedia, seaweed soup is “a super food which contains calcium, iodine, fibre, omega acids, and vitamin B1 & B3,” that is also low in calories. A lot of people like this soup because it can help you lose weight, prevent skin aging, and is a good supplement for female and children. In Taiwan, seaweed soup is a homemade dish that is usually prepared with some dry seaweed, chicken powder and eggs. In general, it only takes about 5 minutes to prepare this soup, as the only thing one needs to do is boil water and add the ingredients to it. Since it is so easily made, it frequently features in most Taiwanese homes and restaurants.
