Fantastic Sweet and Sour Fish

The sweet and sour Fish is a famous classic dish in Asia. First, prepare a pomfret and then cut it into squares. Second, pickle it in a jar with cooking wine and salt. Third, coat it with cornstarch. Fourth, prepare a bowl of sauce with one third bottle of ketchup, three teaspoons of water, three teaspoons of sugar, two teaspoons of soy sauce, and some vinegar. Next, fry the fish in hot oil for about 10–15 minutes. Then, drain it on the side for 5 minutes and fry it again for an additional 2–3 minutes. Finally, place the fried fish on a plate and pour the prepped sauce on it. By following all of these steps, you will be able to serve an authentic fish recipe from Asia that will surprise everyone’s palates.
