Red wine beef stew is a common, quick make-at-home dish in Western countries. First, cut all the raw ingredients into small pieces. At the same time, preheat a pan with two teaspoons of oil. Next, sauté both the garlic and onion until golden-brown. Then, preheat another pan without oil, which is used to sear the cut beef for 2 minutes. Thirdly, prepare a stew pot and put all the vegetables and beef in it. Make sure to add the fried garlic and onions to the pot, and half a bottle of red wine. Finally, cover the pot and then let it cook on a slow simmer for the next 6 hours. By following all of these steps, you will be able to prepare this incredible dish for family and friends.
