You think making steaks are only for professional chefs? Think again! You can actually make a good juicy steak in your own kitchen. All you have to do is to follow these simple steps. Before you start, there are only two ingredients you need: beef and salt. First of all, slice the round of beef into 4-ounce steak slices. After that, use a kitchen towel to dry both sides of the steak. Then, sprinkle a pinch of salt by evenly massaging it into both sides to add flavor. Don’t forget to give it a good massage. Next, place the seasoned steak on a frying pan and cook it for 5 minutes till it becomes crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Remember to rest the steak on a plate for several minutes.
