Dear Ms. Lopez,

Thank you for recent email dated September 23, 2020 issue about the poor reception. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

After investigating, we found that the mobile internet signal in your office area is weak. We will immediately arrange our technicians to visit your office tomorrow at 2 PM to install cell phone signal boosters so as to improve the quality of the internet reception. Please let me know if you are not available at this time.

We fully understand the seriousness of this situation and are glad to provide the boosters at no extra cost. Also, our SOP for technicians will be updated to circumvent similar problems in the future.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, and thank you for providing us with this opportunity to improve our service.
