Dear Ms. Çelik,

I am writing about the Skype interview for the sales Engineer position conducted on September 10, 2020.

I appreciate the opportunity to be interviewed at Cynosure Digital; however, there were a few issues faced by me during the whole process which have been stated below:

1. The time difference was incorrectly calculated, so the interview was conducted at midnight.
2. The application details prepared at the interview were for another candidate.
3. Due to the poor call quality on Skype the conversation exchanged was unclear.

As this is an unusual situation, I would really appreciate it if you help to make an exception by arranging another interview.
