Apple and User Hostility

We lost the headphone jack on iPhones and all but USB-C and a headphone jack on Mac laptops. Apple may find itself in a rut this year on interoperability, but until first- and third-party USB-C devices and software parity are in abundance, the real sufferer is the customer.
