philanthropeas part 1

For this project, we are using a scrum process. As with all our class projects, the time frame is condensed. Scrum gives a more definitive framework in which to complete work. It is more determinant of workflow than it is of timeframe, but our Trello board gives us a clear way to see progression towards completion. We are also using a similar approach to some individual aspects of the project. For example, I made a board of recommended changes I identified during user testing and we moved them across columns to show what action had been decided up and taken.
