Utilizing Scrum

I’m currently on a design team creating a web page for chartiable giving that has started using scrum to great effect. Scrum is a two week work period with larger tasks (called Epics) broken down into much smaller ones. We produced a product backlog of all the items that we would like to see in our final page design and have a general task list to boot. It’s really driven our team to move quickly and produce results. I’m excited about how this tool is currently helping us in combination with Trello boards as a means of tracking and staying organized. It’s a framework for a successful design solution.
