“Remove The Word Impossible From Your Dictionary”

In this era of modern technology, advancement and progress, the world has become a global village, within reach of every one. The information, success stories, achievements are just a click away, exerting more pressure on our nerves.

At one side it is opening the door of opportunities, success and growth for everyone, but on the other hand it is causing us to be more reluctant to follow our dreams, because when we find ourselves surrounded with lot of competitors, we ultimately feel.

I can’t do this.

I am not capable enough.

This is impossible to achieve.

I don’t posses certain skills for this.

Besides these, there are so many other impossibilities surrounding us as we might hearing ourselves saying:

I can’t lose my weight within one month.

It’s impossible to earn more money.

It’s impossible to get this job.

It’s impossible to get rich.

See, this word is the real cause of our failure and distress.

And this is because of

The word

IMPOSSIBLE

Just imagine what happens if we erase the word IMPOSSIBLE from our dictionary of thoughts.

By repeating the word impossible in our daily life, we are building barriers between our goals and actions. Remember everything starts with a thought in our mind, either negative or positive, constructive or destructive. By constantly thinking negatively we are continuously limiting our capabilities and potential powers of doing miracles. Our thoughts have a strong impact on our actions. For example, if we are thinking all the time that I am not capable of doing this task, it’s impossible to do it right? We are sending signals of unfunctionality to our whole body, thus unable to move towards the goal or make any effort regarding our goal.

Now the question arises, can we erase the word IMPOSSIBLE from our thoughts?

Or, how can we redirect our negative thoughts towards positive ones?

The answer is yes!

We can do it.

But how?

There are some simple techniques to achieve our goal of changing IMPOSSIBLE to POSSIBLE in our thoughts and actions and eventually leading a happy and contented life, achieving every goal and setting new goals unhesitantly.

Develop a growth mindset:

Believing about your ability to learn, grow and succeed is called growth mindset. It is evident scientifically, that when you start believing that you can do something it is more likely that you will be successful in achieving that goal. Because when you truly believe you can achieve something, you are willing to do the hardwork to achieve it, ultimately our beliefs bring about behaviors that lead to the outcomes we desire.

Meditation:

Develop a habit of mindful meditation, focusing on your real goals. Ask yourself the following questions:

What I really need?

What makes me happy?

How I feel fulfilled?

Does it harm me or any other?

By mediation and focused reflective questions, you get a clear vision of your life ahead.

Visualization:

Visualize your dreams and desires. Visualize yourself achieving something you believe is impossible. Visualize it many times in a day, having a clear picture of your future in front of you ultimately leads you to believe in possibilities.
