Staying up late is not a healthy habit and, so it is necessary to fix your sleep schedule as it is an essential rule if you are looking forward to starting early.
· Avoid screen time at least one hour before going to bed.
· Keep a notebook by your bedside and, prepare a list for the next day and write down the thoughts that are bothering to keep your mind free from stress and sleep better.
2) Wake up early
An early start gives a scope to work in a planned manner without rushing and feeling burdened. Set the alarm fifteen minutes early than the usual time you wake up, continue doing this until you reach the goal.
3) Meditate
Meditation can help relax your mind and focus your attention on improving self-awareness, self-esteem and reducing stress and anxiety. Beginning a day with meditation can have a positive effect on physical and emotional well-being.
4) Exercise
Control weight, improve mood, boost energy, promote improved sleep and combat health conditions and maintain your physical fitness and overall health and wellness by dedicating an hour for exercise.
5) Eat Healthy Breakfast
Your breakfast is the fuel for the day and needs to be the best meal as it replenishes the supply of glucose and other essential nutrients required for good health. The breakfast should include whole grains, lean protein, calcium and fibre.
6) Take Breaks
A break is necessary in between work, to combat stress, relax, gain energy and rejuvenate for the upcoming tasks. It also refreshes your brain to restore high-level thinking.
7) Learn something new
Learn new skills, values and knowledge for holistic growth. Study about the various habits that impact our environment. Explore the topics on sustainable lifestyle, and contribute your bit to save the ecosystem.
8) Read Books
Reading not only improves our memory and empathy, but it also makes us feel positive. Few health benefits of reading include helping with depression, cutting stress, and reducing the chances of developing Alzheimer’s later in life.
