GainPool announces Public sale details. $GAIN is coming to ExMarket on October 1
$GAIN Public Sale to launch in less than 12 days !!!
Finally, the time has come to unveil what everyone was waiting for so long — the details about the GainPool token offering.
We have some exiting news to share with you in the next lines, but before we start — don’t forget to follow our social media channels (listed at the end of this article) in order not to miss the latest in the GainPool technical developments, partnerships and community.
Our core team has been extremely busy in the last few weeks preparing the initial launch of the GainPool token as per the original Roadmap schedule for Q3.
GainPool will allocate 45 percent, or 9 million of its total 20 million $GAIN tokens supply during the Private and Public sales with 20% intended for the Private round participants while 25% will be distributed during the Public round.
Private Sale
The $GAIN private sale has already started for pre-registered participants and is ongoing since September 15, 2021. The process is scheduled to run until September 27, 2021.
Private sale participants will be required to go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure with our partner — Sekuritance, A CeFi and DeFi RegTech ecosystem delivering top compliance, regulatory, transaction monitoring and identity management to merchants and individuals.
The fundraising is set to 20 percent of the total supply or 4 million tokens at a price of $0.15 USDC per coin.
Public Sale
GainPool is more than proud to announce that IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) for the $GAIN token will take place on the ExMarket platform on Friday, October 1. Exact time to be revealed shortly.
25 percent, or 5,000 000 tokens will be distributed on the mentioned platform with an initial price of 0.25 USDC price per token.
12 percent of the total supply will be airdropped to early community members 3 months after exchange listing.
Platform listing scheduled and exact timeline to be shared with the public on a later stage.
