A — Molly from MXC Exchange: I was studying as a postgraduate student before joining MXC, there is no amazing story about why I joined MXC. Just destiny.
Q — Alex Raffin from GAINS: What’s your role at MXC?
A — Molly from MXC Exchange: I am the global community manager. If you joined MXC a long time ago, you may know I built up the global communities one by one, from 20+ members to 60k+ now. Thanks for all MXC fans’ support.

Q — Telegram user imearth: Can you talk about your own experience about the journey of growth of MXC and what still excites you working for MXC?
A — Molly from MXC Exchange: This is an interesting experience. It’s just like your baby grows up, more and more people start to know your baby and love him/her. At first, it was only me in charge of community management, and users started from 20+. One of the first 20+ users became our regional CM now. We have a big family now. I enjoy talking with our users, angels about hot projects, life, hobbies, different countries’ cultures. Everything is brilliant.

A — Molly from MXC Exchange: Everything is normal here. Withdrawal is temporarily not available for projects has some reasons: wallet maintenance, contract upgrade, support fork, etc. If you have any trading problems, feel free to contact online support, they online 24/7 to help.

If you have not so much trading experience, you can buy major cryptos like BTC as an investment, not a large amount each time, and record the amount + buying price at a certain period. Then set a selling price that meets your expected yield. DYOR before any investment as well.

Q — Twitter user @Buraysalah1763: Can you tell us what makes MXC stand out? Security is always considered as the top priority of any exchange. How does MXC protect information and ensure the security of users’ assets?
A — Molly from MXC Exchange: For security:
MXC Exchange lays the utmost importance on the protection of user’s asset security. It builds a comprehensive security protection system by the integration of top-notch security technology, experts in the cybersecurity field, and an elaborately designed security protection mechanism. In terms of technology, MXC Exchange developed hot and cold wallets in asset storage, as well as a three-party signature mechanism for asset protection, making assets in MXC Exchange as safe as in a bank’s vault. It holds tight in user ID verification and emphasizes the protection of user’s privacy in case of asset loss from personal information leakage.
Alongside that, MXC Exchange was established by a group of experts from such world-class companies. We have a first-class security technological team. In addition, it has secured coordination with state-of-the-art security corporations on trading security, threat information report, asset protection, risk control, security consultation, digital-asset tracking, anti-money laundering, etc. Besides, the security team of MXC Exchange is able to monitor any abnormal trading. Meanwhile, it isolates the key servers of the internal network and establishes an authority control mechanism in case of information leakage from too high authority of some personnel. It also rolls out an audit and monitoring mechanism for all levels of business.
From the user side: Users should pay attention to protect their accounts. For example, users use the same password on all platforms, and the result is that they are hit by the library, or the insecure factors of their own computers and mobile phones, may cause their important information to be leaked.
