Leo Tunico applying a variation of the Peruvian Necktie choke over Thiago Saldanha. The move is part of the Renzo Gracie Online Academy well designed Turtle Position Attack System.

In grappling, when your training partner or opponent gets on their fours, at the position know as “turtle,” the usual action is taking their back.

However, you may be facing someone who defends the back very well, or perhaps you don’t feel super confident in placing your hooks to secure the back, or still, you may want to do something different, for the sake of variation.

Enter the Turtle Position Attack System, designed by Renzo Gracie Online Academy.

We spent the Memorial Day at the Renzo Gracie Academy Headquarters filming ten connected option to finish right from there, and it will be available soon for those who hold the all-access pass to RGOA.

We had a lot of fun practicing and shooting these moves, and we think we will have a lot more learning them.

The Renzo Gracie Online Academy is a platform designed to help you improve your Jiu-Jitsu.
