We designed 8 core modules covering fundamental topics, such as crypto wallet, blockchain network, token, DeFi, and more. For each module, you’ll learn about one specific topic and experience the industry’s best project in this category:

Module 1: Welcome to Web3 ft. MetaMask

The first module serves as a general introduction to what Web3 actually means. By the end of the courses, you’ll be creating your first web3 wallet, brought to you by MetaMask. The leading self-custodial wallet for over 100 million users annually, MetaMask is everything you need to manage your identity, digital assets and to explore web3. Available as a browser extension and mobile app.

Module 2: Fund Your Wallet ft. MetaMask

After creating a wallet, the next step for you is to own cryptocurrency for the first time! In this module we’ll cover a thorough list of asset management platforms and exchanges for you to send funds to your MetaMask wallet and enable the next step of Web3 exploration.

Module 3: Networks and Tokens ft. Base and Circle

In this module we’ll explore different blockchain networks, the various types of tokens and their utilities. The network we’re featuring is Base, a Layer 2 solution for the Ethereum blockchain incubated by Coinbase and powered by Optimism. If you don’t know what all this means yet… you’re about to find out!

In the course of tokens, we’ll introduce the concept of stablecoin with Circle, the creator of USD Coin (USDC). A highly liquid digital dollar, USDC has $26B in circulation and 1.7M holders.

Module 4: DEX (Decentralized Exchange) ft. Uniswap and Circle

You’ve probably heard the term DeFi many times now, but what is DeFi and its significance? In this module you’ll experience DeFi with Uniswap Protocol, the largest decentralized exchange with over $1.6T in trading volume. Uniswap Labs builds products that let you buy, sell, and use your self-custodial digital assets in a safe, simple, and secure way.

Module 5: Bridge ft. Stargate

After mastering the functionalities of blockchain networks, it’s time to take things up a notch and learn how to bridge across different networks. In this module, experience cross chain for the first time with Stargate, a fully composable liquidity transport protocol that lives at the heart of omnichain DeFi.

Module 6: NFT (Non-Fungible Token) ft. Blur

NFTs have captured the spotlight in mainstream media with collections like Bored Ape Yacht Club and Crypto Punks. Dive into this module to gain a deeper understanding of what NFTs are. We’ll also introduce you to Blur, the leading NFT marketplace. Since its launch in October 2022, Blur has risen to become the #1 NFT marketplace with over $7B in trading volume.

This is plenty for you to start. We’re just listing the first 6 modules here so that you know what to expect but not get too overwhelmed. There are a lot of concepts to unpack, and the courses are easy to follow once you get started.
