Supercell have soft launched a new casual puzzle game without something all their top competitors (Candy Crush Saga, Toon Blast, Homescapes) have: Level Numbers. Their reasoning for doing so from their FAQ is as below:

Hay Day Pop does not have puzzle numbers but instead chooses to show progress using your farm.
By decorating your farm into an even more beautiful place, you are showcasing your progress through the game!

As we do not have puzzle levels in Hay Day Pop, you may find that some puzzles will show up again from time to time.
The top casual match 3 puzzle games (Candy Crush Saga, Toon Blast, Homescapes), at their core, depend on adding new levels for long term engagement and revenue. Hence these games are on a constant treadmill to release about 50 new levels per week. Hay Day Pop avoids this by not using level numbers — their greatest innovation.
