650 Lincoln: Setting the Standard in Student Housing

650 Lincoln is a mixed-use development that will feature approximately 30,000 square feet of retail, 279 student apartments and two parking garages. Located on the campus of the University of South Carolina, the project included two separate phases and features retail shopping, gym facilities and multiple common areas.
