Columbia Parks and Rec- Javion Duncan
Javion Duncan is a member of the football team here at USC. Duncan is currently a RS Junior and is a defensive lineman. Duncan started his collegiate career at The Citadel and transferred over to USC in 2015. Duncan is a Sports Management and Entertainment major.
For the summer Duncan has been interning with Columbia Parks and Rec. The main things that he has worked on is giving back to the community in as many ways a possible. He has participated in free shoe drives for children in the area and has been helping to make quilts out of grocery bags for the homeless.
Duncan aspires to become a strength coach and an athletic director one day and expresses how this internship has helped him work well with others and being able to plan a bunch of things at once.
With Duncan being a part of the football team here he is already setting himself up for a successful future. Duncan is a very driven man who cares a lot about his athletics, his education, and helping others. His future will definitely bright and Duncan will make a lot of people proud.
