Gamedex Exhibits at SEAsia’s Premier Startup Conference
We spread the good word at Thailand’s largest startup conference, TechSauce. Interest from attendees was incredible, and there were also a ton of other great blockchain startups there to network with. And while we were there, something else exciting happened…
Our Angel Round is Officially Closed, Over-Funded 👌
Gamedex’s angel round is now closed. We raised more money than we were originally seeking at better terms than we were originally offering. A press release about this funding round will be sent over the wire this week or next week. Gamedex Limited has not sold any equity; all round participants purchased GDX tokens and are subject to conservative vesting periods. We interviewed many potential buyers and chose the funds that were allowed to participate largely based off who had the most long-term vision and strongest belief in Gamedex.
Gamedex Accepted into RISE ALPHA, Granted Booth at Hong Kong’s Largest Startup Conference
Gamedex was accepted into RISE’s exclusive ALPHA program. RISE is Asia’s largest startup conference, attended by more than 15,000 investors and entrepreneurs each year. The ALPHA program provides investor introductions and an exhibition booth, among other perks, to a tiny percentage of the startups that apply. It’s as exclusive for startups as Harvard is for prospective students.
