I Am Not Jumping From One Task to Another. I Am Following My Fun Detecting Antenna.
The clue is to be aware. All. The. Time. And if I stop being aware, I become aware of that too and return to playing the Awareness Booster Game.
I rediscovered the wisdom of the following quote today:

And I am sure I will be rediscovering it in the future (I bet, both near and far) when I become awake after forcing myself to do something and stick with one task for a while.
I could label the resistance procrastination or look closer and become aware of the dynamics behind it. Am I tired or thirsty, did my interest in the task wave for a minute? Did I have a brief idea of changing something and then reject it as not valid, etc., etc?
