When is it time to turn habits into fun games?

The answer to this question is similar to the one for the “What?” question.

You can always turn a habit or anything else into fun games.

If you are in the flow, then you already turned the activity you are enjoying into a game-like experience. Maybe unbeknownst to you, but you did.

The best moment to turn something or anything into games is when you need a little help. And when it comes to keeping a habit going, you will most likely need a helping hand more than once. You can ask others to support you in your effort, but you can support yourself too. One doesn’t have to exclude the other.

In fact, asking for help starts with self-help. We need to support ourselves in taking courage and reaching out as we reveal and share our vulnerability.
